Partners
A Partner is an association, corporation or organization that has entered into a formal agreement with Alberta Employment and Immigration (E&I) to become a Partner in Injury Reduction. Partners are committed to taking a leadership role in health and safety. E&I and each Partner sign a Memorandum of Understanding outlining the specific commitments made by both organizations. Partners do not issue Certificates of Recognition.
Currently there are more than 70 Partners who are committed to promoting and improving health and safety in Alberta.

Occupational Health and Safety Council
The OHS Council is an administrative body, which operates arms length from government. The Council advises the Minister on OHS matters and serves as an appeal body for orders issued by Occupational Health and Safety.
