Alberta Supports Contact Centre
The Alberta Supports Contact Centre is a new contact centre for general inquiries on income support, adult health benefits, child health benefits, child support services, and Assured Income for the Severely Handicapped.
Advisors will provide general information on these programs and services, make referrals to community agencies and other government programs.
Referrals may also be made to a variety of career and employment services, including the Career Information Hotline, JOBS, Student Funding Contact Centre, Labour Market Information Centres or Employment Insurance.

Income Support Contact Centre
Current income support clients who need specific information on their case can call the Income Support Contact Centre. This centre is open 24 hours a day and also serves after-hours and emergency calls from the public.

Health Benefit Contact Centre
Current clients of the Alberta Adult Health Benefit or the Alberta Child Health Benefit who need information on their case can call the Health Benefit Contact Centre. This centre is open from Monday to Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
