The Alberta Learning Information Service (ALIS) website, provided in partnership by the Ministry, Alberta Education and Alberta Advanced Education is designed to help you:

• link to post-secondary learning institutions
• find information about students' finance and scholarships
• access on-line admission application services to Alberta post-secondary institutions
• search for work
• find labour market information

EDinfo - Alberta Post-Secondary Education Information Find out about post-secondary programs in Alberta and distance learning programs available in western Canada.
CERTinfo - Certification and Registration Requirements for Employment in Alberta Provides information on certification and registration requirements for more than 60 Alberta occupations that are governed by Alberta legislation and regulations.
WAGEinfo - Alberta Wage & Salary Survey This database provides wage and salary information for nearly 500 occupations in Alberta by geogrpahic region and industry group.
CAREERinsite Guides people through a five-step career planning process with relevant activities and career planning resources.
Students Finance Provides students with budgeting, loans, grants and bursary information and services to help finance their education. Students can also apply for financial assistance on-line.
Scholarships & Bursaries Provides students with information on scholarships and bursaries and how to apply for them. Background, qualification criteria and application forms are also available.
Career Information Hotline A consulting and referral service to help Albertans make informed career, education and employment decisions. Career advisors are available by e-mail, telephone and fax.
