Program plants seeds for long-term growth of northern Alberta forest industry

A new Government of Alberta program will educate youth about the forest industry, the careers it offers and ways to preserve and sustain Alberta’s forests. Fostering Forest Stewardship will bring educational programs, materials and resources to primary and secondary schools and community groups in northern Alberta.
