Library Loan Policy

Borrowing Material

Many of the books and reports in the collection may be borrowed by the public.

Ministry staff may obtain a library card by contacting the 107th Street Site Library directly at 780‑427‑7272.

If your organization’s library is a NEOS Consortium member, you may borrow materials from our collection using your NEOS institutional library card. Library cards from NEOS member agencies and The Alberta Library (TAL) are valid at any Alberta Government Library site.

If you are unable to obtain the book you need, your local library may request to borrow it for you from the Alberta Government Library system through a process known as interlibrary loan. If you cannot visit the library or if you do not have a NEOS library card, you can request an interlibrary loan through your organization’s library or your public library.
